BOOK RETURNS POLICY
Pilots Publishing has a simple returns policy: in the event that a book purchased from us is found to be defective, we will replace it without question. Or, if the buyer prefers, we will refund the cost of purchase, including our original postage and packing charges and, subject to the provision of itemised receipts, the cost of return post and packing. We request that any damaged goods be reported immediately upon delivery, though by law the buyer may return such items within 30 days for a full refund.
Buyers within the UK are also entitled by law to cancel any order or return any purchase within seven working days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product has not been used and is in its original condition. In this case we will refund the full cost, including the original postage and packing cost, though not including the cost of returning the item to us, which is the buyer’s responsibility.
In either of the above situations, we expect to mutually agree any course of action in advance by email in order to avoid any possible misunderstandings with our friends.
Under no circumstances whatsoever will Pilots Publishing share any buyers’ information with any third party. For our records we retain the right to keep safely details of purchases made, buyers’ names, email addresses and physical delivery addresses but these will never be shared with anyone else – ever.
